Add an entry

One YAML file per device, vendor, lab, or platform. No dashboard. Filename is the slug.

1. Copy content/entries/_template.yml to content/entries/your-slug.yml.
2. Fill name, kind, org, mhs_status, summary.
3. Leave github_url: null unless the repo is actually MHS (not LCD-show “MHS35”).
4. Open a pull request.

kind: standard, lab, vendor, platform, device.

Agents can read the whole catalog at /api/catalog.
